Our state-of-the-art facilities are fully integrated from inward inspection of raw materials to outward finished products ensuring adherence to high quality global standards.
Our manufacturing facilities are spread across an area of 80,000 square feet and is fully self-sufficient in terms of machinery, sterilisation, testing lab and storage facilities. All clean rooms are to Class 10,000 standards and the catheters are manufactured under Class 100 conditions.
Being a responsible corporate citizen, we strongly feel it’s our responsibility to give back to the environment. The Browndove team contributes in every way it can to conserve our nature and natural resources. The facilities are fitted with LED lights, water is fully recycled and solar energy is used in all feasible areas.

Browndove has implemented recycling. Waste water from wash basins treated in house using media to be used for flush tanks and garden.
Wet waste from canteen recycled using vermi culture and used as fertiliser. Recharge pits to collect rainwater and charge the bore wells.
